Managing expectations

When leaving your vehicle in the hands of an auto body repair facility, you want peace of mind knowing that your needs are taken care of. Your needs however, do not just include a finished product that resembles what the car looked like prior to its damage. As a valued client, your overall expectations go beyond fixing the dent, scratch, rust, bumper or collision damage. Your Peace of Mind is our aim.

Main cause of vehicle repair delay

There are unfortunately circumstances in which, despite our best efforts, the delivery of your repaired vehicle may be delayed. One of the main reasons we cannot always meet our stated delivery date is the unavailability of manufacturer parts. If the parts cannot be sourced locally an inevitable delay will occur. Please view our repair process diagram below and contact customer care if you feel your repair process is not going smoothly.
